Rotation and blockage cleaning device for raw coal
The slide plate gate at the exit of raw coal bin of boiler often occurs the chute blockage within the two-meter scope above the gate, which mainly results from much rain, coal slime components in fuel, high humidity of coal and high viscosity; in addition, for the bottom of coal bin is cone-shape structure, the circulation section area along the flowing direction of coal gradually diminishes, extrusion force enlarges, the friction between fuel and bin wall and fuel becomes larger and larger, but the component force of coal flowing along the wall is unchanged. Therefore, the equivalent flowing power in the cone-shape coal hopper becomes less and less with the flowing of coal.

The
activation blockage-clearing device of raw coal bin is driven by the external
motor to form the relative movement between the blockage-clearing scraper and
bin wall. The solution for the activation and blockage-clearing makes the
cohesion between materials and internal wall of blockage-clearing hopper
damaged, a separation zone of entire area formed between materials and bin
wall, to reach the effect of breaking arch and eliminating adhesive wall. The
device produces the loosening function in the rotation and reduces the cohesion
between materials so that the fire coal easily falls; in addition, based on the
special installation position and pattern of blockage-clearing device in the
cylinder, it completely solves the coal blockage of bin body through the
primary separation, secondary loosening, stirring for three times and feeding
for four times for the equipment in the rotation to make the materials at the
exit of hopper smoothly pushed into the
equipment in the next stage.
Performance features:
The blockage-clearing area is large and complete, the equipment has no influence on the original system after installed, and will not intensify the blockage due to the increase of flowing resistance.
The equipment is driven by the slewing bearing with the strong working accuracy to guarantee the concentricity and flatness with less noise in operation.
The scraper is quenched and tempered after entirely cut through 40Cr material, high tensile strength. The scraper is designed the blade-oriented structure in front and back to reduce the running resistance and the discharge of materials.
The reducer is the G-series horizontal bevel structure; the transmission efficiency at 95%, stable operation, less noise and favorable sealing effect wipe out the oil leakage and spilling of reducer structure.
The central part is set the manhole door, convenient in overhauling; the manhole door is fitted with the bin wall to wipe out the foundation for formation of hanging coal in the internal wall.
The sealing is the labyrinth-type adjustable multiple comprehensive structure, the sealing material could be adjusted through the bolt on the sealing gland after worn and the sealing structure could be simple and convenient for replacement.
The activation and blockage solution for raw coal bin is divided into stock bin rotation type and scraper rotation type based on the difference of coal bin structure on site. The blockage-clearing device of stock bin rotation type is composed of static feeding hopper, blockage-clearing scraper, reduction gear, rotating cylinder, static outlet hopper and control system, and it is seen in the following diagram.

When the equipment is working, it drives the rotating cylinder (4) through the driving of externally placed reducer (3) to rotate, stirs the entire material through forming relative movement with the static blockage-clearing scraper (2) and scrapes the material attached on the internal wall out of bin wall.
The scraper rotation type device is made up of cylinder, support frame, reducer, blockage-clearing scraper and control system, and it is seen in the following diagram.

Control mode:
The activation blockage-clearing device is equipped with three kinds of working mode to adapt to the demand of different on-site operating conditions.
1. On-site manual mode It could realize the start-up and shutdown of on-site manual control equipment and also be used for the daily routing inspection.
2. DCS remote control It could realizethe start-up and shutdown of the equipment in central control room.
3. Automatic control The mode has two kinds of operating mechanism, one is started by coal-interrupting signal control. When coal interruption occurs, the coal-interrupting signal start-up equipment begins to operate; when the coal- interrupting signal disappears and the set operating time is up, the equipment automatically stops the operation. The other is the timing operation whose operating interval and operating period could be set based on the requirement.
In addition, the control system provides the signals for the current operating mode and operating state (dry contact signals, namely switch without power) for the use of central control room. The components of control system are all the high quality imported components with the protective function on overcurrent, default phase, short circuit and emergency stop to guarantee the reliable operation. The control box has the double-layer glass door that could be set on site.
