1. Responsible for routine maintenance, overhaul, and technical retrofit planning of mechanical equipment (boilers, turbines, auxiliaries) in thermal power plants.
2. Organize regular inspections, diagnose faults, and eliminate hazards to ensure safe and stable operation of equipment.
3. Solve complex technical issues during maintenance, review technical proposals, and optimize maintenance processes.
4. Participate in commissioning of new equipment and retrofit of aging equipment.
5. Develop training plans for maintenance personnel, strengthen safety awareness and standardized operations.
6. Strictly implement safety regulations, enforce safety measures during maintenance, and organize regular drills and risk assessments.
7. Manage maintenance budgets, control spare parts procurement and repair costs, and propose cost-saving measures.
1.Education:
- College degree or above, bachelor’s preferred.
- Majors in Thermal Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience:
- Over 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance in thermal power plants.
- Familiar with structures and maintenance processes of boilers, turbines, and piping systems.
3. Skills:
- Proficient in maintenance regulations, DL/T standards, and safety requirements in power plants.
- Skilled in CAD and Office software; project management skills are a plus.
4. Certifications:
- Certified Power Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar qualifications preferred.
- High-voltage operation or special equipment operation certification is a plus.
5. Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of responsibility, good coordination and emergency response skills.
- Able to work in power plant environments, tolerate pressure, and accept travel arrangements.

- Over 5 years of international sales experience, with proven success cases in Southeast Asia/Africa/South America (proof of performance required).
- Background in power generation or energy sector preferred.
3. Core Competencies:
- Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
